Apply to Study Abroad — clear steps for nominated students and Free Movers
We’re excited to welcome you to FEN!
Follow the steps below to submit your application. Make sure you read Chile’s sanitary entry requirements before travelling.

🏫 I’ve been nominated by my university
Complete the online form and upload your documents. Your coordinator will receive the acceptance letter.
🌍 I want to apply as a Free Mover
Apply independently and upload the signed agreement stating you accept Free Mover fees.
Step-by-step Application Guide
Prepare your information
- Passport
- Expected arrival date
- Emergency contact information
Upload required documents
- Official university transcripts
- Passport-like photo (white background)
- Proof of international health insurance (can arrive later but needed before arrival)
- Free Movers: Signed document accepting Free Mover fees
Missing documents? Email them to incoming@fen.uchile.cl. All documents must arrive before the deadline.
Application review & acceptance
We review applications after each deadline. Acceptance letters are sent to your coordinator to forward to you.
Application Deadlines
